A C17th Yeoman's house with a large Georgian extension, Eastcott house is a GII listed property in the hinterlands of west Wiltshire in need of extensive renovation to restore the historical significance. Chalk have been appointed to review the house, outbuildings and grounds and develop designs to provide a multi-generational family home.
