A late C18th former bank on a prominent corner site in the centre of the historic town of Devizes. Chalk are working with the current owner and local agents to bring the building back into use now the banks have deserted the high street. The project involves consulting with Historic England to ensure the heritage significance is maintained as the building embarks on its next chapter.
